The hotel features a very lush green landscape. The room I had was professionally designed and spacious, and the washroom was very clean. The overall ambience throughout the hotel created a very tender atmosphere. The concierge arranged a car, and a driver was available to take me on tours.
The outside areas and bars seemed to lack atmosphere or care.

the airport shuttle came with an additional unexpected cost.

i went to mynt restaurant and chettiya was particularly attentive to my needs. he ensured i felt comfortable at my table and he responded quickly to every request. i felt very welcomed , and i appreciated his excellent service throughout my dinner. the seafood platter impressed me with its tasty flavors and artistic presentation.
the corridors on the first floor had a noticeable unpleasant smell.

the buffet offered diverse options , and the chefs at the action stations prepared fresh dosa and hopper. the pastry chef, noel karunarathna , surprised me with a delicious welcome cake, a very kind gesture. staff members chathuri, madushan, raini, shahan and nimesha were efficient and friendly.
